填妥表格後，請連同相關文件影印本於辦公時間內一併交回本校校務處辦理申請手續。
Interested parties please complete the application form and return it with relevant documents to school office during the office hour.
辦公時間：
星期一至五 - 上午8:30至下午5:00
星期六 - 上午9:00至中午12:00
星期日及公眾假期休息
Office hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Closed on Sundays and General Holidays
